• A 2-Day Festival Pass is valid for the entire event which takes place from August 3-4, 2024.
• The Single-Day Ticket is valid only for the day that is stated on your ticket. There are Single-Day Tickets for August 4 only.

Please have a government photo issued ID and confirmation at Check in point.

Name on both confirmation/ticket and ID must match in order to retrieve your wristband.

First come, first served! Come early to enjoy all the performances and avoid big queues.

No, only the person whose name is on the confirmation/ticket can pick up the wristband.

No, any evidence of a wristband being tampered with will be refused entry and could lead to confiscation of the wristband.

No, The Undefined Shapes is not responsible for replacing a wristband in the event of damage, loss, theft, etc.

No, The Undefined Shapes holds the right to refuse customer service to anyone who buys from a 3rd party/scalper.

The Undefined Shapes reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event whose behavior is unruly or illegal in any manner. Any evidence of fraud, theft or illegal activity, the person will be removed and passes/ tickets will be voided and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

The ONLY way to pay for drinks & merch at the festival!Exchanged for cash (or card) at Token Exchange booths.
Each token = 4 euro (all prices includes vat)
Refund Policy: No
Lost or stolen tokens cannot be replaced.

The online ticket providers accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. The available payment options are made clear as you go through the check-out process of every online platform.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue's ticket booth. We accept both card and cash payments. However, we recommend bringing cash in case there are issues with the card reader's wireless signal

Yes, Undefined Shapes organization are collaborating with catering provider for food and drink options. The catering is providing strictly vegetarian options.

Officially there are no camping options from Undefined Shapes organization. Camping in a public space is prohibited in Greece. Although you can find around shadows to take a nap.  🙂 You can camp with your own risk.

Yes, there are hotels, rooms etc available on the area. You can use any rental platform like booking, airbnb etc to book your room.

Yes there will be outdoor sustainable toilets available.

The gathering site is about 35 minutes of driving from Mytilene city. The road is nice and easy to get there.

We love our furry friends, but to protect their sensitive ears from loud music and ensure the comfort of all festival-goers, pets are not permitted on festival grounds. We appreciate your understanding!

The gathering took place outdoors except the parallel events that took place indoors and outdoors.

Yes there is parking available for free only for the ticket holders. There are parking slot limitation so we suggest you for car sharing.
