Your questions about entrance, tickets, and more answered here

Please read the following before attending.

Entrance

  • Entrance 18+

  • Bring your ID and ticket (digital or printed) with you.

  • The event run from 19:00 - 02:00* (extended timetable if granted)

  • We recommend coming early to avoid long waiting times.

  • No pets please.

House Rules

  • No professional cameras on the festival grounds.

  • No outside food or drinks, including fruits. Bottles of any kind, including foldable bottles, are not permitted.

  • No phones on the dancefloors. Let loose and be present.

  • No shirt, no entry. Dress for an outdoor festival, but keep it on.

  • No substances allowed.

  • We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment.

  • Our media team is present throughout the weekend. By attending, you agree that footage may be used for marketing purposes.

  • Zero tolerance for GHB/GBL. To protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site, the possession or consumption of GHB/GBL is strictly prohibited. Anyone found with or using GHB/GBL will be removed from the event immediately.

Tickets

  • All tickets must be personalized once. You can pass on your ticket without changing the name.

  • Tickets are sent via E-Mail for online bookings.

  • Only purchase tickets through our official website or resale waiting list. We do not accept Ticketswap and cannot guarantee entry for tickets bought through third-party platforms.

  • Refunds are not possible.

  • We do not offer discounted tickets.

  • Payment options: Cash or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa)* (subject to internet connectivity, otherwise cash only).

Awareness

  • We have a awareness team on site throughout the entire weekend.

  • Contact them at any time if you or someone around you is not feeling well — physically or otherwise. Ask any staff member to direct you to them.

  • Alcohol: know your limit.

  • Watch your ears.

  • Pay attention to each other.

  • Take breaks.

  • Consensuality: respect people's boundaries and reflect your own behaviour.

  • Get home safe - take a ride.

Food and Drinks

  • Food is available on site with vegetarian and vegan options. Open 19:00.

  • Water, cocktail, drinks are available onsite.

What if I lose something?

Lost items are kept at the venue location for 3 days.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are only given for cancellations 24 hours prior only for online bookings.
